Fulham join race for young striker

The young Italian has attracted many offers from around the continent

Currently playing for the Italian team in the under 21 European Championships. Inter have said that they would let Robert Acquafresca go despite his good season on loan with Cagliari last year

It has been reported that he would like to move to a club where he would be guaranteed a first team place but Robert denies this, he has said recently that he will not be making any decisions until the European Championships in Sweden have finished

And that a guaranteed first team place with a new club is not that important he said that he would just like the possibility to play

A move to Genoa was on the cards after he left Treviso, after that deal broke down, Fulham joined the chase for his signature

Fulham called me personally on the phone' he claims

Each offer must be considered and I may move abroad' he has also stated

Fulham are looking to strengthen their side for the upcoming season and the forthcoming 'Europa League'
